  Scope
We are organizing the APCTP summer school on strongly correlated electron systems. The 2008 summer school is planned for 3 days in July at the campus of KIAS in Seoul. It consists of lectures on the subjects of strong correlation physics and superconductivity with ample time for each topic in an informal atmosphere, so that the beginners, students, and experts alike can learn details and hands-on knowledge of the subjects. This is an interesting time for superconductivity. The initial excitement for the high Tc was subdued with time. Yet, accumulation of experimental data and theoretical progress on one hand, and discovery of new superconductors on the other continue to throw us new ideas and hints to understanding. We invite you all to join us to enjoy the new developments of superconductivity and correlation physics.
