This program is designed to foster discussions and collaborations with international researchers in the field of particle physics, astroparticle physics, and cosmology. It consists of small-scale three-day workshops planned to be held twice per year. The workshops would cover various topics of cosmology in the era of multi-messenger and precision data, including inflation models, baryogenesis, dark matter phenomenology, phase transitions, topological defects, primordial black holes, gravitational waves, high-energy cosmic rays and neutrinos, H0 tension, dynamic dark energy, etc. In particular, we aim to devote plenty of time to discussions and exchange of ideas on the stochastic gravitational wave backgrounds, the importance of which is growing as precise experimental data is expected in the near future.
